Who Am I?
I'm Mary A. Lydick, and I'm so glad you're here. 💜
I'm an evidential psychic medium, channeler, spiritual mentor, educator, and author. But beyond the titles, I'm someone who believes that our connection to Spirit, our intuition, and our own inner knowing are far more powerful than we've been taught to believe.
My work is about so much more than delivering messages from loved ones who have passed. It's about helping people recognize that love doesn't end, that our spiritual connections don't simply disappear, and that we are all capable of discovering a deeper understanding of ourselves and the energy around us.
As a medium, I focus on evidential communication, bringing forward meaningful details, memories, and validations that help people recognize their loved ones in Spirit.
As a mentor and educator, I'm passionate about helping others develop their intuitive and mediumship abilities, build confidence in what they receive, establish healthy energetic boundaries, and learn to trust themselves.
Through Awaken with Mary and The Soul Academy, I've created a space where curiosity is welcomed, questions are encouraged, and spiritual growth doesn't have to fit inside anyone else's expectations.
I don't believe your spiritual journey should be about becoming someone else. I believe it's about remembering who you are, questioning what you've been taught, and discovering what's been within you all along.
Whether you're here to connect, heal, learn, or simply explore, you're welcome exactly as you are.
